WomEngineers offers programs for schools, educators, companies, and individuals.
We have tailored programs for women at every stage of their career.
WomEngineers’ programs are comprehensive and can be uniquely tailored for various use cases.
We are pushing for true gender equity in the workplace, and that starts by educating and preparing women and girls at the beginning of their careers.
For high school and college students, we offer an 8 week course that will prepare women and girls interested in pursuing a career in the technical industry real-world experience provided by experts in the field.
For companies, we provide a partnership package that will provide women with upskilling techniques, and advocacy programs.
For individuals, we provide mentorships, 1:1 career planning, and advocacy workshops in order to provide support.

What are your measurements for success?
WomEngineers is committed to increasing gender equity in workspaces. We measure success by three main markers; women successfully getting hired or promoted; measuring advocacy in workplaces by partnering with companies to do case studies and surveying; students who successfully enter into additional tech programs, complete technical degrees or certifications, or get hired in tech after completing a certification or degree program.
Who is behind WomEngineers?
WomEngineers is founded by Glo Sahay, an industry expert with over 14 years experience in managed services and enterprise IT. She has built a network of mentors, creators, and other industry experts who all share the same passion; increasing gender equity in the IT industry.
